I am not sure if practicing it is making me better or worse. But its just a feeling I get that never really goes away, it lingers all day and all night and is stirred up when they come around. I’ll start reading again soon. I’ll start running again soon. I started running a long time ago, it feels good. It hurts good. Some things are supposed to hurt good. You just have to know when to let it hurt good. BIking really far really soon. I like what you see when you bike, just like how I like what I see when I walk.
